Thanks for shopping with Simply Groovy! Here's what to expect with your order.

Order Processing — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery (United States) — We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Some orders may take up to 3 weeks depending on carrier and location. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking — Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delayed or Lost Packages — If your package is delayed well beyond the estimate or seems lost, reach out via our Contact page and we'll track it down or make it right.
